Taeyang Interior Design Services is a Singapore-based interior design firm managed by qualified architects and experienced designers. We set up the practice with a straightforward goal: to make the renovation process less painful for homeowners.
If you have ever been through a renovation, you will know it can be overwhelming. There are dozens of decisions to make, contractors to coordinate, timelines to manage, and budgets to keep track of. We work on all property types in Singapore: HDB flats (both BTO and resale), executive condominiums, private condominiums, and landed homes. Each comes with its own set of constraints and possibilities, and we tailor our approach accordingly.

Our Design Philosophy
We follow a structured 5-stage process — feasibility, concept design, development, specialist design, and realisation — because it works. Years of completing projects across Singapore have taught us that skipping steps or rushing through phases leads to problems later.
That said, we are not rigid. If a client comes to us with a clear idea of what they want, we move quickly to develop it. If they are unsure and need more guidance, we spend extra time in the concept phase exploring options. The process serves the project, not the other way around.
What stays consistent is our commitment to practical design. We are not interested in creating spaces that look impressive in photographs but are frustrating to live in. Storage needs to be sufficient, walkways need to be comfortable, materials need to withstand daily use, and maintenance should be straightforward. These considerations inform every recommendation we make.
