Residential Interior Design

Commercial Interior Design

Space Planning

Singapore homes are not large, so every square metre counts. Our space planning service analyses how you move through your home, where you store things, and which areas get the most use. We then create layouts that make the space feel larger and work harder than before.

Concept Development

If you know you want to renovate but are not sure where to start, this is where we begin. We develop mood boards, colour palettes, material samples, and 3D visualisations so you can see what your space will look like before any work begins. You can change your mind as many times as you need to at this stage.

Project Management

Renovation involves coordinating multiple trades — plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, tilers, and more. Our project managers oversee all of them, maintain the schedule, resolve issues on site, and keep you updated with regular progress reports. You deal with one point of contact instead of six.

Renovation Coordination

We work with a network of reliable contractors and suppliers across Singapore. Whether you need custom carpentry, plumbing rerouting, electrical rewiring, hacking of walls, or full-home painting, we coordinate the entire process and ensure workmanship meets our standards before we hand over.

We visit your property, measure up, and have a detailed conversation about what you want to achieve, how much you want to spend, and when you need it done.

Concept Design

Our designers prepare layout options, mood boards, and material palettes. You see the creative direction before committing to anything.

Development

We lock in the design direction and work through every detail — finishes, fixtures, fittings — preparing final drawings with your architect.

Specialist Design

Detailed working drawings for construction: wall elevations, custom joinery, lighting layouts, and floor plans that contractors build from.

Realisation

We stay on site through construction, coordinating tradespeople, checking workmanship, and making sure the finished space matches what was designed.

Property Types We Work With

HDB Flats: Both BTO and resale units across all town councils. We are familiar with HDB's renovation guidelines, including which walls can be hacked, permitted hacking hours, and the types of floor finishes allowed in different areas.

Executive Condominiums: These often sit somewhere between HDB and private condo in terms of renovation rules. We understand the differences and work within the specific management requirements of each development.

Private Condominiums: Private condos typically have their own renovation guidelines set by the MCST. We handle the submission process and ensure all proposed works comply with the building management's requirements before construction starts.

Landed Properties: Terrace houses, semi-detached homes, and bungalows offer more design freedom but also come with structural considerations. Our architects are equipped to handle structural modifications, extensions, and A&A (addition and alteration) works.
